Baramulla, June 7, KNT: An army soldier has gone missing in North Kashmir’s Baramulla district.

Police have lodged a missing report after army informed it about the incident.

Police sources told news agency KNT that yesterday Adjutant of 5 Jatt reported at Police Post Boniyar area of Baramulla, and informed that an army soldier (name and belt number withheld) has gone missing and is not traceable since Friday.

The missing soldier who hails from Uttar Pradesh is 25 years old and was last seen near TCP (Transfer Control Protocol) Challa.

A top police official confirmed that soldier is untraceable. “Adjutant, a military officer acting as an administrative assistant to a senior officer filed a missing report and we registered the same.
